There are seasons in life where we quietly lose connection with ourselves — feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected from the person we once were.
These sessions offer a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and gently reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Blending intuitive guidance, reflective conversation, nervous-system-aware support, and spiritual insight, each session is guided by what you most need in the moment. Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, transitions, or inner shifts calling for your attention, while creating space for clarity, softness, and self-trust to emerge.
This is not traditional life coaching focused solely on goals or productivity. Instead, these sessions honour the emotional, spiritual, and deeply human experience of being in transition, healing, awakening, or returning home to yourself.
Oracle and tarot cards may be intuitively woven into the session where supportive, alongside grounded guidance, reflection, and practical next steps.

The Alchemy Session
A 3 Hour Deep Dive
$500 for 180mins
The Alchemy is a deeply personalised three-hour immersion experience for women ready to gently unravel what no longer fits, reconnect with themselves beneath the noise, and create space for meaningful inner transformation.
Rooted in Spiritual Life Coaching, this private session weaves together intuitive guidance, deep reflective conversation, nervous system awareness, emotional support, embodiment practices, oracle or tarot insight, and optional energy healing to create a uniquely held and restorative experience.
No two sessions are the same.
Some women arrive navigating grief, burnout, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, relationship transitions, body disconnection, spiritual awakening, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from holding everything together for too long. Others arrive simply knowing something within them is asking to be seen, heard, softened, or transformed.
The Alchemy is not about “fixing” you.
It is about creating a compassionate and intentional space where you can slow down, be deeply witnessed, reconnect with your inner truth, and begin listening to yourself in a new way.
Together, we may explore:
• emotional and energetic patterns
• life transitions and identity shifts
• self-worth, shame, grief, or overwhelm
• nervous system and embodiment awareness
• intuitive guidance and reflection
• spiritual connection and self-trust
• the relationship between mind, body, emotions, and soul
• practical integration and grounded next steps
Depending on your needs and the natural flow of the session, The Alchemy may also include guided journaling, meditation, oracle or tarot insight, grounding rituals, embodiment practices, or energy healing support.
This offering is intentionally intimate and held with deep care. Because of the depth of the container, The Alchemy is available only to existing clients and community members who have already spent time within The Sacred Embrace through either:
• three Spiritual Life Coaching sessions, or
• attendance at four Your Inner Sanctuary gatherings
This helps ensure the space feels safe, relational, and genuinely supportive for both facilitator and participant.
The Alchemy is not therapy, crisis support, or a replacement for professional medical or mental health care. Rather, it is a deeply human and holistic space for reflection, reconnection, emotional honesty, and inner transformation.
